Good job Ed! I like how you showed why fast food is a big issue, and how you proved it by showing us how much calories and fat you can take in if you ate fast food meals all day. I like all of your different techniques to stop going out to restaurants, and to start cooking nutritious foods at home. What kind of regulations to you think needs to come into effect to help reduce how much fast food we intake?

Thanks Tyler and I think that there should be ways of regulating how much fast food people can get there hands on. I also think that fast food restaurants should need to maintain some sort of health value. Are there any laws that you think should come to effect
